Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

 

We ship to the EU, Norway, Switzerland, and  Canada.

Please be aware that we are currently not shipping to the U.S. due to an increase in duties. This policy will remain in effect until further notice.

The prices listed on our website are including VAT and duty. Shipping to the EU is free of charge, if you purchase for more than 300€, if you purchase for less than this a shipping fee of 10€ will be added. To other countries a shipping fee of 20€ will be added. All orders are packed with care in our office in Copenhagen to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Orders are shipped via UPS within 1-3 business days of your order placement. During sales periods we kindly ask you to expect longer handling times.

Please note that we process your orders Monday to Friday only. If you place your order during Saturday or Sunday we will dispatch it the following Monday. If you place an order on a Danish public holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.

 

RETURNS

Please enjoy extended returns for the Holiday season, we accept all returns of unused and undamaged merchandise until the 31st of January.

If you are located in the EU please use the prepaid return label that you get with your order. From other countries returns are on your own expense. In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to hello@aroegehove.com within 3 business days of receipt.
