SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once a receipt of your transaction is received, we will promptly process your order. While we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note that during sale periods, it may take us longer to process orders and respond to customer inquiries. Our business operates from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please be advised that if you are ordering from a country outside of the EU, you may be responsible for paying local import taxes.
If this is the case, the shipping company may contact you once your items have arrived in customs to inform you of any associated costs. It’s important to note that such charges could cause delays to your delivery. Additionally, please keep in mind that any fees required by local authorities to release goods held at customs will be your responsibility to cover. Please note that delivery times provided are only estimates and may not account for any potential delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
We handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are thrilled with your order, we understand that you may not be entirely satisfied with your goods. In this case, you have 14 days from the day your order was delivered to request a full refund. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for taxes, duties, charges, or return and shipping fees. Additionally, any refunds given will be based on the original purchase price and not the currency exchange rate at the time of the refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, to receive a return label from DHL for international customers, and DAO for Danish customers.
If you decide to refuse to pay the tax and return the parcel, please keep in mind that any import duties related to your return will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure that you return the parcel in its original condition, exactly as you received it. This means that all items must be returned in their unused state, with their hang tag still attached. Please note that any returns that do not meet these criteria will be ineligible for a refund.
Refunds can only be processed to the same payment method and account as the order was made.
